Craft Designs, Inc (CDI) is a small business located in Huntsville, Alabama specializing in software engineering for diverse applications including defense, aerospace, industrial automation, and information systems.  CDI develops software for embedded systems, Pocket PC and MS-Windows desktop applications.

CDI was founded by Linda and Ron Craft in 1998 with a focus on process driven software development. Notable customers of CDI include Johnson and Johnson, Kraftronics, Inc., Westar, Dynetics, and US Army.

CDI’s areas of expertise include software architecture, embedded systems programming, real-time data acquisition, device drivers, UML, and Windows CE/Pocket PC utilizing programming languages of C, C++, and Visual Basic.

CDI has the capability and experience required to successfully tackle a range of applications. We are comfortable with both large and small projects. We can create software architectures, work as member of a multi-disciplined team, perform requirements analysis, design, implement, integrate, qualify and deploy software systems. Our proven techniques encourage team participation throughout the development effort.
